We recommend booking 4-8 weeks out for most events, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. Peak season (May-October) and holiday weekends fill up fast — the earlier the better.
Do you travel outside Ottawa?
Absolutely. We regularly serve Gatineau, Toronto, Montreal, and everywhere in between. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
How long does setup take?
Most single-booth setups take 45-60 minutes. Multi-activation setups may need 90 minutes. We always arrive with buffer time built in.
